Kingford Water is a renowned fishing beat in a beautiful setting, considered by many to be one of the finest beats on The Taw. Complete with fishing hut, easy access and parking, this is a fantastic spot to spend the day fishing and relaxing. It comprises an attractive and varied beat of approximately 1000 yards of double bank fishing, with the right bank extending a further 400 yards upstream with seven named pools, the tail of another and three named runs. The beat is in superb condition, having been very well maintained with boulder revetment to the banks of three pools and a regular programme of tree pruning and lopping. It has a generous quantity of good ladders and good gates and stiles.
